Doula for a Day
This is a single-day option for families who may not want to commit to the longer-term, weekly visit packages above.
First, a 1 hour virtual consult to discuss your needs. Then, a 4 hour in-home appointment. Finally, phone, text, email, and MarcoPolo support for 1 week following your appointment.

Postpartum Planning
This package is a virtual option for those who are simply seeking support and guidance as they plan for a transcending postpartum period. First, you’ll receive a copy of Life After Baby, my postpartum planning guide, to read and develop ideas and questions prior to our session. Then, a 1.5 hour video chat with me in which we deep dive into the support you’ll need following baby’s arrival, create a plan to ensure you receive that support, and discuss any other questions you may have regarding the transition into parenthood. Next, I will send you a detailed email outlining the conversation and plan. Finally, you will have full-access support (via phone, email, text or MarcoPolo) for 2 weeks following our conversation to troubleshoot any other worries/questions that may come up as you prepare for baby.

Virtual Doula
Being your virtual postpartum doula means you will still receive all I have to offer, just without the hands-on care. You deserve to be loved and supported, even from afar. I offer text, email, phone, and/or video chat (via Zoom and MarcoPolo) support to answer your questions, connect you to resources in your area and online, and provide you any information you need during this sacred time. Here’s what to expect:
6 weeks of virtual support that begins with a video or phone call during pregnancy to discuss your postpartum goals and plans. After baby arrives, your 6 week package will start with 2 video calls (30 min. – 1 hr.) the first week and 1 video call per week for the remaining 5 weeks.
Price: $300
Work with me one-on-one: I’m available to you during whatever stage of motherhood/womanhood/parenting you’re in. Whatever you need in this moment, I am here for you.
This is private support and education for new parents and women to answer questions, concerns, and provide guidance on their journey. Sessions are a minimum of 1 hour. You will receive an email following with a detailed outline of our conversation.
